Any App / CRM
Inceptimind

From Lead Capture to Live Conversation

Three steps — and your team never sends a manual welcome message again.

1

Capture

An event happens in your tool — a new lead, an order, a payment, a form submission. Your app logs the contact: phone number, name, and any properties you collect.

2

Trigger

Your app fires a webhook to Inceptimind's secure endpoint — phone, name, and properties travel along. Authentication is via per-tenant API keys you control.

3

Converse

A pre-approved WhatsApp template lands within seconds — personalised with the lead's name. When they reply, your bot's Q&A flow runs automatically.

Integrations by Category

If a platform can send a webhook — directly or through Zapier, Make, or n8n — it can trigger a WhatsApp flow. A few of the most common:

CRMs

HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, Pipedrive — fire a webhook on a new lead and start a WhatsApp conversation instantly.

E-commerce & Stores

Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom cart — trigger order confirmations, shipping updates, or abandoned-cart nudges on WhatsApp.

Payment Gateways

Razorpay, Stripe, PayU — send a WhatsApp receipt on a successful payment, or a retry nudge when one fails.

Forms & Websites

Typeform, Google Forms, or your website's contact form — the moment someone submits, they get a WhatsApp reply.

Automation Platforms

Zapier, Make, and n8n bridge 1,000+ apps to Inceptimind's endpoint — a no-code path if your tool isn't webhook-native.

Custom & Internal Apps

Your own backend calls the same authenticated API directly — trigger a WhatsApp flow from any event in your product.

One Pattern, Every Industry

Whatever captures your leads, Inceptimind picks up the conversation instantly.

Real Estate

A lead enquires on a property portal. The moment your CRM logs it, they get a WhatsApp message offering a site-visit booking — the bot handles slot picking and broker handoff.

Clinics & Healthcare

A patient enquiry hits your clinic management software. Inceptimind WhatsApps them to confirm the department, share OPD timings, and book an appointment slot.

D2C & E-Commerce

An abandoned cart or new signup in your store CRM triggers a WhatsApp nudge — the bot answers product questions and guides the customer back to checkout.

What You Need to Get Started

An app that can fire a webhook

A CRM, store, payment tool, or form — HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, Razorpay, and more. Anything else connects through Zapier or Make.

We help draft and submit it. Approval typically takes a few hours to 72 hours.

About 10 minutes of setup

Once the basics are in place, your team is messaging leads automatically.

Integration Questions

Which platforms can I integrate with WhatsApp?

Any platform that can send an HTTP request. Inceptimind exposes a secure API endpoint, so your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), your store (Shopify, WooCommerce), your payment tool (Razorpay, Stripe), your forms, or an automation platform like Zapier, Make, or n8n can call it to trigger a WhatsApp flow. If a tool can fire a webhook, it can integrate.

Can I connect Shopify, a payment gateway, or my own app?

Yes. Point the platform's webhook (or a Zapier/Make step) at Inceptimind's endpoint with the customer's phone number and any properties. On an order, payment, signup, or abandoned cart, we send a pre-approved WhatsApp template and start the bot flow when they reply. Custom backends call the same authenticated endpoint directly.

Can I send WhatsApp messages automatically when a new lead or event happens?

Yes. Your app fires a webhook with the contact's phone number, and Inceptimind sends a pre-approved WhatsApp template plus starts a Q&A flow when they reply.

Do I need a pre-built connector?

No. Inceptimind uses a standard webhook/API call rather than per-app connectors. Any platform that can fire a webhook on an event — directly, via Zapier, or via Make — works out of the box. No app store listing required.

Is this secure? Who can call the trigger endpoint?

Each tenant generates one or more API keys, each bound to specific templates. Only requests with a valid Bearer key for a bound template are accepted. Keys can be revoked instantly.

What if my lead replies hours later?

That's fine — the flow state is seeded when the trigger fires and waits for the lead's first reply. Whether they reply in 2 minutes or 2 days, the bot resumes where it should.
