Who counts as a team member?
Anyone on your workspace member list. The number is a hard cap per plan; remove someone and the place frees up immediately. Owners, admins and members each count once.
What is an organisation?
The company whose work you track in the workspace, usually your own. Agencies that keep each client's work separate pick a plan by how many organisations they need at once.
What does history include?
A nightly snapshot of every registered project (totals, per-status, per-epic and per-sprint counts), kept for the plan's number of days. It powers velocity, burndown and trend charts.

How does payment work?
Pay by UPI from the Billing page, then submit the transaction reference. We verify it and issue a Bill of Supply; your plan is extended by one month. There is a short grace period after the paid-until date before access pauses.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Ask us to change the plan at any time; limits apply from the next verified payment. Downgrading below your current team member or project count needs those removed first.
